Email your plant list, get it priced back
You are already emailing nurseries your list. Copy one more address on that email and HortOS answers within a minute: every line priced from the growers who list it near your job, the growers' own photos where they have them, and one button that opens the lot as a project list. Nothing to sign up for to look; nothing is bought until a grower confirms with you. The trade sign-in happens when you send the list to growers.
The address
Send your list to it, or CC it on the quote request you were sending your nurseries anyway. The reply goes to you only, never to anyone else on the email.
The promise. Every list is priced within minutes of arriving, any hour of any day. A line nobody lists says so, with what growers near you list instead.
What to send
Whatever you have. A list in the body of the email, a table pasted from a spreadsheet, the schedule as an attachment (PDF, Excel, CSV), or the email you already wrote to your suppliers. Quantity and size on each line help:
300 x Lomandra longifolia 'Tanika' 140mm 8 x Gaura lindheimeri 'Whirling Butterflies' 200mm 2 x Magnolia grandiflora 'Little Gem' 100L
Name the job's city or postal code anywhere in the email and the list is priced from growers within 150 km of it. Leave it out and you get the best price in Canada, with the grower's province shown on every line.
Have growers you already hold trade accounts with? Save them (the heart on any grower's page, signed in) and they get first pick: every line a saved grower lists is priced from them, whatever the distance, and other growers within range fill only what your saved growers don't list. The reply says which lines went where. Saved growers are shared by everyone on your team.
What comes back
One reply, in the same thread. A row for each line you asked for: the plant as the grower lists it, the size, the grower's listed trade price ex tax, how recently their list was updated, how many other growers have it, and a See photos button. A line nobody lists says so plainly, with what growers near you list instead and a one-click add. Then one Open your list button. The list is a normal HortOS project: change quantities, swap growers, ask growers to confirm stock, order.
What does not happen
Nobody at HortOS reads your list and no grower is contacted. Your list is used to price your list and nothing else; growers see nothing until you send it to them. Prices are the growers' own, ex tax; each grower confirms what they have and quotes freight with you directly, nothing is bought until then. Your email address is used only to reply to you.
