Send one list
Upload the availability list you already keep, or email it to us and we do it for you. Spreadsheet, PDF or plain text. Your whole listing updates in one go.
Take orders from your inbox
New orders arrive by email. Accept, decline, offer a substitute or set a pickup day with one tap. No portal required, ever.
Built around how nurseries actually work
Send orderable stocklists
Generate a clean, branded stocklist from your live listing in one tap and email it to your own customers. When they open it, every line is current and orderable. You save time; they order more.
Update stock from the nursery
Walk the rows with your phone. Tap a line, fix a quantity or price, snap a photo of the batch straight onto the listing. Done before you reach the shed.
Invoices and picking slips, done
Every order can produce a numbered invoice with your details and logo, plus a picking slip for the shed, in one click. A running ledger tracks what is owed and paid, ready for your bookkeeper.
Your terms, your brand
Buyers deal with you directly. Your prices, your invoicing, your delivery. HortOS never resells your stock and never puts a margin between you and your customer. Prefer not to show prices publicly? Switch any line to POA.
